A Busy Few Months

Well it has been a couple of months since my last post…sorry for being gone so long! The Homan House has been busy these last few months! Chris finished medical school at the end of March and then we were off to Atlanta for a couple of weeks!

We went to Atlanta for Easter and Masters Week. It was a great spending time with family and seeing friends. Chris ventured up to Cherokee, NC for a WSOP tournament for 10 days. He had a great run and finished 3rd in one of his tournaments!

After our two week "vacation" we headed back to Augusta with our new floors in tow!! Since we are staying in Augusta for residency Chris finally agreed to lay laminate hardwoods downstairs. Chris is off until the end of June so we decided to install them ourselves…after almost 4 years of begging and 11 days of installation we have new floors! A couple of weekends ago we took a trip to Auburn! We went for A-day weekend and Auburns "One Last Roll" weekend to roll Toomer's before they were taken down. It was a fantastic weekend with 80,000 other fans and friends who came out to support Auburn.

Next week is graduation! I cannot believe that in less than one week Chris will officially be a doctor!
